This is a dark chocolate bar blended with 100% bourbon barrel aged Arabica coffee beans and bourbon smoked cacao nibs. It’s both bitter and sweet with subtle bourbon barrel notes and the richness of smoked bourbon barrel staves. All of our chocolate bars are made by hand in very small batches.
